GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The sovereignty of the partnership lies in the will of all partners, made assert in assemblies, which will be of two kinds: Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies Assemblies. They are held at least once a month and as often as necessary given the urgency that the circumstances warrant.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The administration and representation of the Association will be headed by a board headed by the Chairman, who shall have the broadest powers in representing the Association before any authority and to any person or entity either within the country or abroad, establish permanent or temporary committees as it deems prudent to assist the fulfillment of the object of the association. It consists of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and Vocal.
